4. How long do I have to wait to get the Membership status?
You get the Membership status immediately after the payment has been processed.
5. Do I have to download the cheats?
Yes, you have to download our client software which you will either receive via E-Mail or as a direct download from our site after your purchase.
6. What happens in case of an update?
Updates of our cheats will also be provided via download option. In general, the updates take place around 1-12 hours after the patch of the game client. It may take up to 24 hours to update the desired version. In case of a time period above 24 hours your time will be compensated in form of additional usage time.
7. How long do I have to wait to login to the client software?
You can login and use your cheats within 24 hours after the payment has been processed.
Due to security reasons activations take place manually and may take a while to proceed.
If one of our staff members is available at given time, the activation process takes place immediately.
8. Can I use the client software on several computers?
No, the client software is locked on one computer after the first connection. If you want to move the client software to a new computer, then you will need to request a Hardware Id Reset via E-Mail or via the Contact us page. Resets costs 3.00 EUR. Other than that, it is possible to purchase additional Memberships to use more than one client on your computer.
9. Am I allowed to sell my account?
No. We investigate this type of behavior and ban your account without any notice.
